Car shopping can be incredibly stressful, and after visiting countless dealerships and dealing with pushy sales reps trying to take advantage, I was exhausted. That changed when I made my final stop at this location and met Maurice West. From the moment we connected, he didn?t approach me like a typical car salesman?he came across as a genuine person who truly wanted to help. After all the pressure and sales tactics I?d faced, Maurice was a breath of fresh air. Never once did I feel like he was pushing a car I didn?t want. His patience and dedication were the key to helping me close this deal, and I can?t thank him enough. On the finance side, Tori Nguyen was absolutely amazing. She carefully walked me through every line item, breaking things down clearly and answering all of my (many) questions. Her transparency and professionalism gave me peace of mind in what could have been a confusing process. The General Manager, Maurice, also made a great impression?checking in multiple times, shaking my hand, and making sure I felt welcome. Even in passing, he was kind and attentive. And random side note: the bathrooms were spotless?big plus in my book! Now, for full honesty: the experience with the team behind the counter who handle the initial numbers before you meet with Tori wasn?t great. The figures kept fluctuating?one moment down, the next up significantly. It was frustrating and almost caused me to walk away from the entire deal. But thankfully, Maurice West encouraged me to hold off and wait for Tori to explain everything thoroughly?which made all the difference. In the end, it was Maurice and Tori who made this purchase possible. Without them, I would?ve taken my business elsewhere. I?m so grateful to have had their help in making my Hyundai purchase a positive and memorable one.

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

There's nothing like a 2 door Jeep Wrangler when it comes to climbing rocks, crawling through mud, and making those tight turns. My other jeep was a soft top which can be noisy on the highway, but this hard top is quiet. I also love that roll cage/soundbar. I can still take the roof and doors off, put it in 4WD and have a blast.

This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

My dealer experience was great despite the UAW strike as the dealer put me on a Jeep Order Tracking site where there were continuous updates on production progress. On the same page was a Jeep Forum that provided additional info as to production. Great experience in total!

"Just Explore Every Path is for Wrangler / Gladiator owners. Hands down a terrific off road vehicle which is slowly gaining on surface road comfort and handling. The interior is getting much better and the large user screen is awesome. Total bluetooth connect helps with the new larger screen. If you're a 1st time wrangler buyer and you hate the ride... give it time, or head off road. Jeeps love dirt, sand, and snow. If your a former or current jeep owner and you hate the ride... suck it up. You knew the ride history. That being said.. our 24 Wrangler is far better than any previous model before it. We've owned at least one new Wrangler every year since 2008. I believe I can talk openly about the millennial generation of the Wrangler. From a Sport to Sahara, Willy's to a Rubicon to the 4xE, to our 392. This 2024 Wrangler is by far Jeeps best effort... Still hate where the window switches are located. Wish Jeep would give a 5.7 L option, or smaller V8. A/C is improved, Lighting is very good at night, adaptive cruise works great. As for powertrain.. the 392 is awesome and sounds menacing, 2.0L turbocharged PHEV 4xe Not so great in real world highway over 40mph. The 2.0L turbocharged I4, the gutty little 4 that has some go power, but gas is still not great. 3.6L V6, a preffered all around option. and then the 6.4L V8... Who cares about fuel mileage, open the gates, then listen and feel the thunder.

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

My 2000 Jeep is very reliable and a blast to drive. Jeep Life is Awesome. I recommend the 2000 4.0 5-speed Sahara Tj. Price tag under ten grand.

Hello, so I’ve been trying to rebuild my credit. On May 18th I paid off a capital one card and my TransUnion vantage score dropped 35 points to 548. Didn’t see an increase. The next week I paid off another card (fortiva) and I saw my Equifax score drop 40 points down to 538. I’m using credit karma and when I’ve seen those drops, under recent activity is where it shows the CC balance decreased. 5 total credit cards. 2 paid off and 3 at 100% utilization. I do have 3 collections on file and chapter 7 BK. Last collection I’ve paid off with deletion, the score didn’t move yet my cards are dropping my scores. Does this make sense? This really frustrated me. I worked my butt off and even though I’m making progress in paying off the debt, it doesn’t seem it is benefiting my score. In contrast I read about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST on Quora and Medium and I didn’t hesitate to contact him, to my greatest surprise, when I logged into Credit Karma this morning and it stated that a public record has been removed. I found it strange, so I looked further, and it was indeed my Chapter 7 BK that had been removed. I did not argue. It was just removed from TransUnion by Pinnacle Credit Specialist. My credit score has been increased to 800+ across the three credit bureaus. This is what I can only describe as a Miracle! All thanks to Pinnacle Credit Specialist, the savior I met last month.
