Used 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe for sale near Santa Clarita, CA

It was prefect! I was treated with so much grace, care , and compassion! I was a bit upset due to outside circumstances and Carmen was able to help me and make my day and feel so much better. I’ve felt so welcomed and had the best hospitality I would 110% recommend and she’s a great worker!!!!!

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

Carlos from Garavel provided professional and decent service for us to help us finally pick correct Wrangler. The price is also good compared to other dealers. He is patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Shannon at Tyler’s in Niles was great. Every time I go there it’s a pleasant time. She is the best sales person and I will only buy from her. She makes the car buying experience easy and enjoyable.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. So far it’s been fantastic… I have read some reviews and knock on wood… have not had any problems. I love everything the 4xe does… I am averaging 26 mpg. For a wrangler that’s fantastic!

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

I have looked for a car online for a few months and I found this dealership that was about an hour away from my house. They had the color car with the options that I wanted advertised at a great price that seemed to low to be true. I took a chance and drove all the way out there and the price that was advertised was the actual price of the vehicle. Needless to say I ended up buying it and I am happy I made the drive!
