Jim Schebil (President) was very accomodating and never wavered from original agreement. Our salesman Tom Gackle helped us with ordering and providing a smooth buying experience. We were treated extremely well and I would urge anyone to check with this dealership before signing on the dotted line elsewhere.
From the time I entered the dealership, I felt very comfortable. The salesperson was very friendly and had no problem bringing multiple vehicles up for me to look at. I actually ended up buying a different vehicle than what I came to look at. Their price was very competitive and even the interest rate they got me beat out my military banks. Overall, I will definitely recommend and be using them for future business.
We traded in two of our vehicles for one of their used cars. I did most of the deal through emails and phone calls which were always promptly returned. They saved me some money and made it so easy to work with me when it came to the things that were important to me in a vehicle. Literally all we had to do was come in and sign the paperwork and drive off! I highly recommend this no-pressure, easy to work with dealership.
The people here are so nice and will do everything to help you find the car that works for you and in your price range. As a first time car buyer I had an amazing experience getting a car. I was looking at originally at a Jeep Compass and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. I am much more happy with this choice gas millage wise then the compass. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I had been searching for the car that I wanted within my budget for a while and other dealerships just couldn't meet my needs and often tried to push me in a direction I didn't want to go.
Then I found the listing for (now my current car) a Jeep Renegade in my budget on Cars.com with lots of information/pictures and descriptions. However, it didn't have luggage rack rails...So I used the Cars.com feature to ask a question on wether they could be added. Within a day of asking my question I got an email and a text from the seller (Brian) at Extreme. Awesome customer service and very personable. He cleared up my question and scheduled an appointment to see the car.
I got to the dealership early and they already had the car pulled up, handed my mother and I the keys and said "take it for a spin - go get lunch if you want to". It was wonderful being able to test drive a vehicle without the pressure of the salesman there.
Beyond that, the salesman, Brian, was absolutely awesome! He made sure all of our questions were answered and even the owner of the dealership came in to help us when we had questions about the Carfax - took the time to dig up photos of the car when it was purchased at auction.
Next thing I know I was driving my perfect car away with a full tank of gas within the budget I had set. It was also wonderful the ease it was to finance my car through a credit union and not a dealership - Extreme worked seamlessly with it and never pushed me away from the decision to use a credit union Great car buying experience.
I had a great experience working with this dealership. I was buying from several hundred miles away and they were very helpful with sending pictures, reports and anything else I asked for! I did not once get the "typical" interaction with the car salesman at Extreme! Highly recommend using them!!
I was looking for a new vehicle on line at extreme Dodge i seen one that i liked.I went to the dealership and jeff wilson was the salesmen to help me that day Jeff worked very hard to make the sale work for me. Jeff got me what i wanted at a price i could afford. I was very happy driving my new vehicle home three hours later.
