I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

The Karma Revero is a car that is not made for everyone. With production of only 800 units until the next model it will remain exclusive. The style, comfort, and performance of the electric car with options is wonderful. Karma Corporate is supportive and use the newest tools of technology in both the car and in their support to owners. I am so incredibly impressed with not only the car but the business itself. I am excited to lease the Karma Revero and be one of the first to be on the road in Colorado. Join me and we can start the first Karma Car Club :)

I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, more wasted time chasing "internet deals" that turned out not to be deals at all, salespeople refusing to give me an "idea" or "ball-park" price without actually meeting face-to-face or simply not listening to what I was trying to say..??? This all changed when I spoke with Kevin at Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM). Kevin listened so well that a couple of times I thought my cell phone had dropped the call???. but after Kevin summarized what I was asking for and offered a few tips on the warranty questions that I had, I knew immediately that not only was he listening???. he seemed to really care. We talked about my budget and he provided with several car options that were, quite frankly, almost too good to be true! Still "leery" from recent auto purchases???. I was imagining the quintessential "GOTCHA" as I drove to ALM to look at the car options that were presented to me on the phone. I was with my Wife and Daughter as the car purchase was to be for my Daughter to drive back and forth from school???.. I literally playing out all of the horrible possibilities of "bait & switch", "high-pressure", tag-team Manager "take-over" sales gimmicks and the most dreaded???.. finding out the deal you made with the Salesman & Sales Manager isn't the same deal the Finance Manager presents to you, thus starting the negotiations all over again???.. followed by endless "up-sell" and "add-on" pitches. It was a very cold day when we arrived at ALM???. Kevin had the car washed and warming-up when we arrived. After offering us hot beverages, Kevin gave us an overview of the features of the car and went for a test ride with my Daughter driving??? during the test ride, Kevin pointed out the safety features and accessories of the car while asking for her "candid" input as to how the car was handling, breaking and performing. After returning to ALM and my Daughter's approval of the car, Kevin had her current car appraised??? her car had a "DSC Traction Control" warning light on and the car had some nicks & dings; therefore, being that the car we were looking at was well below market value???. I was waiting/expecting a "low-ball" or unreasonable trade-in offer. I couldn't have been more wrong as Kevin returned with a trade-in offer that couldn't have been more reasonable and well above what I was expecting. After applying the trade-in to the price we agreed upon earlier, we headed into the Finance Office where we met Eric???. My Family's experience thus far had been so absolutely enjoyable??? the pessimist in me was still waiting "for the shoe to drop"???. Once again, I could't have been more wrong as Eric presented a couple of finance options???. some of which were lower than the offers discussed when putting the pricing together with Kevin. Eric effortlessly prepared the documents (with a short delay to change a printer cartridge) then explained each of the documents in easy to understand terms while patiently answering all of our questions???. Eric turned out to be very professional, competent, warm, friendly and quite entertaining???. as I cannot remember ever "laughing", as we did , in a Auto Dealer's Finance Office. This review is one of very few that I have ever written and although it has turned out to be much longer than I anticipated writing??? I feel as if I owed it to Kevin, Eric & ALM for making my Family's car buying experience such a pleasurable one! Not only did I get an AWESOME price on an AWESOME automobile???. I really feel like I met some AWESOME new friends that make me smile! I would highly recommend ALM to my Friends and I cannot imagine buying a car again from anyone else???..

Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him. The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. After meticulously searching through vehicles and many dealerships, I found the vehicle calling my name at ALM on 05/25. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. Well...later that day, I made my decision, called Shanta and told her that I'm ready to make my purchase. She sent me the link to fill out the application, once I completed the application, I went back to the dealership the next day and was trading in my old car and driving away in my new Lexus in about 1.5hr and that is how I LOVE doing business. ALM has gained a new loyal customer. THANKS SO MUCH SHANTA for your professionalism, honesty, and awesome customer service :-)
