My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
The staff was very friendly! They got me in and out really fast. Also, the facility was very clean. My customer service rep took good care to make sure I understand the issue with the car and what was needed to fix the issue. I would highly recommend them.
To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Overall, an increible experience, I cannot recommend them enough
I requested a price on line. Mike Quigley responded very quickly and from there the process was quick, smooth and seamless.

I have taken my Subarus to this here since I moved here in 2006. I am always treated as if I am the most important customer there. All of my questions or concerns are answered and if the answer is not readily available, they will find the answer and get back to me within a reasonable amount of time.
I came in for a prepurchase inspection of abused Forester from another dealership. I felt I was treated as if I were buying the car from them! They were very polite & professional in all our dealings. What impressed me the most was how many of the sales and service people were very polite to the custodian cleaning in the lounge area. Several greeted her by "Mrs......" many places I've been to I have witnessed the custodial staff being invisible to the other staff!
The signage directing me where to go was not easily visible. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially because I wasn't sure how to use my Fidelity service benefit and Michael made it a smooth process. I thought oil changes were to happen every 3K miles but my sticker indicates nearly 5K. That concerns me, but I'll check my oil periodically to make sure its not too low.
Add hot tea or cocoa to the beverage station. Overall it was a good experience. I'll come again.
Very well attentive and professionalism. I rate as a 100, will refer without hesitation. If you need a salesman I suggest Keshana. My salesperson is awesome...
