Our sales consultant Henry was so kind and made our experience a positive one. I’d recommend him to my family and friends anytime. The finance department (Ayham is who helped us) worked with us and it was a positive experience, which is not always the case. I’d highly recommend this dealership. Not pushy, they were up front, & willing to work with us for what we needed. We left with the vehicle we wanted & would return for a new vehicle in the future.

Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.

I brought my 2021 Sportage in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I bought the vehicle from a different Kia dealer and wanted it checked out by dealer closer to my home in DC. The service reps were prompt and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t rate my experience at five stars was because the facility was in a cramped location. They may be involved in making improvements to the service area—which would be great.

Prices were fair and Jeanne was super helpful! We spent a good while in there, but she kept us accommodated and in good company. Everyone was knowledgeable and open to trying to get the buyer a good deal however they could.
