I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia at the Camelback Kia Dealership, in Phoenix, Arizona, where Luis Santana the sales rep really made me feel at ease and comfortable when I traded in my 2020 Hyundai Elantra New Edition. He was very personable and really listened to what I needed and wanted in my new car. He was very professional and he took his time with me and didn't just try to sale me any Ole car just for a sale. She is extremely knowledgeable on the product and very professional in her approach. Camelback had the vehicle we were looking for, a 2025 Telluride, at a very competitive price. The entire purchase process was quick, efficient, and low pressure. The level of customer service from the sales consultant and the Finance Manager was impressive. I will definitely put Camelback at the top of the list for futures purchases and will recommend them to family and friends.

We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. He really cares about his customers, and takes you through the process with ease. The finance guy was very nice and efficient. WE were not in there for hours.
