Experience was great informational and easy! I didn't buy do to a me problem but im saving up to come back. When i called i got an answer right away and made my appointment quickly.

I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

Faith followed up with me and helped resolve a few issues I had with Service. Very happy

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. Marvin is the salesman at Lupient who helped me buy my Kia Optima which I was originally leasing. I observed his low key but authentic personality which inspired my trust and made a mental note to request him when I was ready to lease a newer car. Marvin did not disappoint when I returned to Lupient recently to choose a new car to lease. He was able to order me a new Kia Forte with all the features I wanted and more. I would recommend Lupient Kia and Marvin Cameron to anyone I know. Best buying experience I have ever had. It was a very transparent process with no hidden cost. Taking ownership of the vehicle was very smooth and Marvin gave me sufficient time to go over the options and how they work.

Bought a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid over the weekend. Our salesperson, Marvin Cameron, was very good. He understood our requirements and showed us all the cars we were interested in. He did not pressure us into buying a different car, adding unnecessary options, insurance, etc. However their business manager was a jerk and rude. Came across as could not care less whether we bought a car or not. Did not answer questions courteously and pressured us to prepay for maintenance which we promptly declined. There was a little bit of a good guy bad guy act between Marvin (good guy) and the business manager (bad guy). Marvin told us the interest rate was lower than what we finally received and Marvin also told us more free oil changes were included. The business manager blamed Marvin for being misinformed. Not very professional of him either. They did not budge on the price either. We paid $501 less than MSRP. Would recommend the dealership and Marvin but please pay attention to details
