Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. Found the car 🚗 I was looking for on the internet Made an appointment with the dealership so there was not much haggling. There was a problem with one tire on the car which they took care of.

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

I am grateful for the tech people and customer service folk there for remediating it quickly, efficiently and courteously. I dealt in person with a staffer named Diego.
