What a great experience I had with Vinny Ardito in the service department. I called on a Saturday with a malfunction light problem and Vinny was excellent. He walked me through the entire process of having my car towed and even gave me his cell # and said it was ok to call on Labor Day to let him know where the car was. Vinny was professional, understanding, super nice and very responsive to me concerns. Great employee to deal with. I would recommend Vinny to all my friends for service.

I was hesitant to purchase a car in another state but this dealership made the process seamless. the price was lower than the prices in NY and the staff were attentive, courteous and attentive. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. I am very pleased with Premier Subaru. This was my first experience with the dealership and I was not disappointed. The Sales Associate and Finance Manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Most importantly, I got the car I wanted at a fair price.

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.
