I have been taking my Telluride to the lifetime service contracted with them at the time of purchase for 4 years and I am satisfied with such excellent service, which only takes me almost an hour of very pleasant waiting in their room with all the refreshments available for the customer. My Sales person, Marcelo was awesome! I felt like I could trust him and he really tried to do the best for me and accommodated all my requests for certain things. Everyone I dealt with there was pleasant, but the actual negotiations are tough, but it's like that at most dealers. They definitely work with you but you must know your bottom line! The Finance person was pleasant & helpful. However, the whole process is way too long and to me, daunting. But again that's not specific to Ken Ganley, it's the car business overall. I think it needs to change. All that said, I would definitely go back to Ken Ganley to buy another vehicle, because of my experience, the vehicle warranty & Im happy with my SUV!
