Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels

Michael was a great help. Check in was easy and he was very friendly. He kept me updated throughout the process. I opted to wait and get some work done but he let me know that the shuttle was available if I wanted it. He even went above and beyond to help me set up my Kia access.

Mike Williams is very knowledgeable service manager. He knows his stuff. Further, he has no attitude towards costumers. My experience was seamless although the service Department was very busy.

Nice dealership to deal with I did not purchase the car I was looking at for my own reasons. Jordy was very helpful and not your typical salesman. I would definitely recommend the dealership.
