Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. I purchased my ‘23 Kia from here about 3 weeks ago. Worked with a gentleman named Kevin Corley. My car had to be delivered, delivery came early as a matter of fact. I probably spent less than 2 hours in total, one to talk about what I wanted, test drives and then the pickup and paperwork. I got everything I wanted and didn’t have to sit for hours at all. They communicated over phone and text to keep me up to date. Just a Really really great experience all around. Go to this dealership and go see Kevin for all your car buying needs. Ps. They have a really nice lobby and show room. Very welcoming and comfortable.

I was able to get everything but the paperwork done via text, they stayed late to help me complete paperwork and get me in the car, all around was an excellent customer service experience and I now have a great car!

I live in S. C. and was visiting my daughters in Atl when a dashboard light came on. I stopped at Lou Sobh and told the Service attendant what was happening.
