this is a well engineered vehicle with outstanding fuel economy . I just got 137 mpge on a short to the store and I was running on ev only.The car Goes 26 mile on ev only and then the hybrid takes over for 450 Miles.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. After purchasing the Kia Niro Phev I found it was really a better fit for my situation than I expected. I work within the 26 miles from my home . I can charge at both places. So really the EV portion stood out with unexpectedly higher fuel mileage. It isn’t the largest but comfortable . It isn’t the fastest but so efficient my average is well over 120 mpg. The warranties are really good for the battery

The process was excellent. My finance Sai took excellent care and gave great details making the purchasing aspect easy and transparent. My Salesman Rob was great from start to finish and he was very knowledgeable anout the car and safety features. He even delivered the car to my front Door. I am 100 with my purchase and the process.

I really like this car. I love being able to avoid the gas station for months at a time and using a more responsible form or energy. The mileage is also incredible :500 miles on one tank, and of course 24 "free" electric miles every time you charge it up. The charger can get dicey: you have to make sure it is fully inserted into the port. Also, be aware that this model comes with no spare, only a "can of goop", which is not going to be able to repair a serious flat. There have been transmission problems reported with this model. Mine was actually bought back by Kia from the original owner because of a transmission problem. But, all in all, I really enjoy owning this car.

(1) excellent gas mileage with or without battery--45-65 miles per gallon!; (2) better styling than Prius; (3) Super reliable--; (4) Kia Access is outstanding--can remotely unlock or lock car, start car--keeps me up to date on maintenance intervals. Would certainly buy the car again

I had a very easy, no pressure experience. We bought two cars from them and traded one in.

I never thought I'd own an electric car, but I can say this is the most fun car of all time! This hybrid is roomy, comfortable and even the stereo system bumps from the inside to the outside.

I need over 250 mile range on a monthly long trip, but most of the time I need to go less than 20 miles. I can plug this in to normal 110 volt outlet and charge up the 26 electric-only miles at the equivalent of $1.00/gallon in 8 hours, then use hybrid for longer trips and still get 50 mpg. This is our third Korean car (two names, same company) in 8 years and expect it will be as reliable as the 2013 Elantra and the 2018 Ioniq hybrid (which consistantly gets 60 mpg). Consumer Reports downgraded both because of brakes and headlights but I honestly don't know what they are talking about. Brakes work fine and headlights are better than any previous cars we've owned. If a hybrid makes sense for your driving habits, we highly recommend and don't have to drive something ugly.

This car is great value compared to its competitors, especially because of the federal tax credit. Extremely efficient, practical, and comfortable. I only wish it had more range on electric only.

Tye was our sales rep and he was Awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. Didn?t try to push anything on us and was able to answer all of our questions. We had chosen the AT4X and it is an awesome truck. We had made a mistake and made assumptions about the towing capacity and it turns out, the AT4X does not tow as much as we originally thought. We quickly realized our mistake and Tye and Reggie where able to help us resolve the issue with out taking advantage of us, for that, we are extremely thankful and will be returning to them when we are ready to purchase a 2500. So if you do go with Dennis Dillion, ask for Tye. The only thing I had an issue with was the financing portion. There are some things that did not make sense, extra fees and having to use their affiliated banks to keep their incentives. Make sure you are asking financing questions if you do plan to finance a vehicle from them. But again, Tye helped us get through all of that even that part of the experience was painful.
