I went to the dealership to purchase a new Sportage. The sales consultant was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but was very accommodating and friendly. Luckily I had done my research prior to arriving at the dealership.
My experience with purchasing my brand new 2018 Kia Soul was a pretty easy and smooth process. Everyone I worked with (Kurt, Gary, & Stephanie) we’re all very nice to me and my daughter and explained everything as we went every step of the way. We’ve even had to stop back by because this car has more technology than I’m use to and they seem truly happy to help me learn to use everything). I’m very happy with my buying experience. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6.
I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.

Jason Inda was extremely helpful in buying a used car, took the time to showed me how to use all the features. Also followed up to see if everything was ok. So I would highly recommend seeing him for buying a car.

A GREAT DEALERSHIP!I bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva on 06/23/2018. Unfortunately a month after I bought it found out the Shifter assembly needed to be replaced and was not covered under warranty. The dealership took care of it at no cost and gave me a rental. I will definitely go back there again for a car and recommend them to anyone.
Recently purchased a used Pilot from Tom. Our buying and delivery experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. We were very happy and impressed with the polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. After the 3 hour drive home I noticed a vibration in the Pilot, and after diagnosing a faulty rear driveshaft I contacted Tom. Without delay, Tom returned my call and informed me that the dealership would provide me with a brand new shaft at no cost to me. I will say that Van's stood behind their vehicle and made me a very happy customer and we will definitely be doing more business with them as my wife is a loyal CRV driver.
This is the second time i buy the car at Village Auto, green bay. This time im got 2012 VW car with really good deal. Also Brenda help me done all paper words fast. If you ask me who do you would like to work for. I suggest that you should ask for Brenda. She is very friendly and helpfull.
Worked with Cory Fuhrman. He's knowledgeable & honest. We looked at Fords and Kias. He understood that I had to have a great fit for my back. We didn't buy from Dorsch, but it was because another car had a seat that worked better for me. Go buy a car from him!
Got there and looked at the truck. Sales person didn't have a clue about any of the details on or about the truck when I asked him questions. The questions he did answer he seemed unsure about. Was good that even though he didn't know the answer for a question he was willing to go AMD find someone who might know the answer. Paperwork went pretty quick. They weren't really willing to budge on price even though I had driven about hour and a half to get there. They did a poor job on detailing car after I made the purchase. Basically all they did was wash the car and a poor job of vacuuming. There was still dog hair on the back seats from previous owner maybe. Also center console had dirty stains they didn't even bother to clean up. Was just a hurry to get out after buying car. Probably would never go back there.
Wow what an experience this was...pulled in dropped off the car with a nice young man named Eric. He took great care of me from the start, i never felt any pressure to buy anything he offered me only the services that I requested and gave me a great deal on them. I would definitely come back to Russ Darrow for any and all of my service work.

We found a vehicle online and called to see it. We were able to make an appointment to view it that worked in our schedule. After test driving the car, we liked it, but wanted to see what else was available in our price range. It just so happened that a model we were looking for just came in that day. I was able to check it out and test drive it. It had everything we were looking for. I wasn???t able to come back for 2 days to get a second opinion, but they held the car for us for those two days. . We came back and made the purchase and were able to take it home right away. Quick, easy and so far a great experience!
I cannot say enough good things about the team at ultimate rides. Today they were able to not only get me into the vehicle I really wanted which was a big blue Dodge Ram pickup. They went out of their way to make sure I can get it at the payments I could afford. They were courteous they were helpful they answered my questions and most importantly they knocked it out of the park. They didn't treat me as if I were a Layman and they didn't treat me any differently than I would expect to be treated. I will definitely refer everyone I know to them if they're looking for a good quality used vehicle. They honestly price their vehicles and are very straightforward with them. Wow, if you get a chance and shopping for a car, give this place a try. John Alsteen was honest and very helpful. Not only that, a huge supporter of victims of domestic violence. I saw this first hand as they assisted this person, walked her through the process, explained what everything meant and got her a great deal to get her back on her feet in a car she could truly afford WITHOUT pushing anything more.
The lobby was clean and had a variety of complimentary drinks. I was most happy they had a keurig with an option of dark hot chocolate and not just coffee as I waited. Thank you Meister Imports John (and Scott) for being there and truly listening to your customer's. A good hometown feel appeal than just a standards car salesman.
