Bought my Optima new in 2013 with 14 miles on it. Today, I have 101,500. No complaints with my car or Kia as ALL recalls have been taken care of timely. My biggest recall was 5 years ago...I had no problems with the engine but Kia sent me a notice to get it checked out, so I took it in. Kia found an issue and they replaced the engine and paid for the rental car for the 4-6 weeks I was in it. The color of my car is "Remington Red" and it's still bright and shiny with no signs of peeling. No complaints on the gas mileage. The only complaint I have is, when I needed to put the back seats down to be able to haul a rolled rug home a couple of times, the opening between the trunk and the downed seats is not very large opening and the back seats do not lay flat...besides that I've been very happy with my Optima. Now would be a good time to trade it in because of the used sedans are in demand BUT I don't want a car payment again!

Dallas Welsh provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He even stayed extra late to make sure everything worked out for me. He helped me get a great deal on a great car!

When I bought this car, I has No idea I would Be driving it this long. It was supposed to be for me then my daughter in college. Life happened and this car has become my life long friend and had to get daughter a different car since I could not afford anything else. I’m so thankful for my car and will always buy Kia from here on out.

Worked with Jaylen and he did an excellent job. Was not pushy, but provided information needed to make an informed decision and answered all of our questions on the used Dodge truck that we were interested in. When Jaylen did not know the answer to a question, he found a coworker that could answer the question. Jaylen also looked at the inventory at sister dealerships to see if they had alternative choices available. He found a used Chevy truck, and after checking if we wanted to see it, coordinated to get it to the Roger Kehdi dealership for us to look at. Went with the Dodge Ram 1500 that we went to the dealership to look at and are happy with the decision. We got a good vehicle at a fair price.

This is now the second optima I have owned and I have to say that I am truly impressed with how KIA has improved over the years. The leg room in this car is fantastic and it's quite comfortable on long rides. Handles nice, has nice acceleration, rides smooth, it's great on fuel, and has very few problems. The interior gets some criticism from some consumers but what I love about it is that it sacrifices flashy exotic dashboard designs for genuine comfort and space. I would argue that the value of the newer optima models exceeds that of the almighty Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I literally love driving this car and I miss it when I'm riding in someone else's car. The only issue I ever had was with my last optima, which was a knock sensor issue. Kia fixed it free of charge rather quickly and gave me no problems at all about it. My current one has over 50k miles and runs like brand new. You can't even feel the motor running when it's idling. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for more bang for their buck and for anyone who has 1-2 kids.

After 19 years with my Pontiac VIBE AWD, I made the jump to buy a new car. It was between a Honda HRV or a KIA Seltos. I initially emailed the Beaveton KIA Dealership to ask a few questions and a nice salesperson, Sam Bongiorno, instantly replied to my email with detailed answers to my quesitons. For several weeks, I continued emails with Sam and finally went in for a test drive. Sam gave me the choice of test driving alone or going in the car with me. I said "Please go in the car with me and show me the features" of which he did. This was priceless since Sam understood winter condition driving and showed me the special features to use or NOT to use in Winter. Because this was a 2021 model, I wanted to wait until the 2022 Models came out since there were some lighting features I wanted. I waited several months and during this time, Sam never bothered me (unlike the Honda delaership in Hillsboro). One day I emailed Sam and said, I decided I would like the Seltos Turbo instead of the SX model. He said "we just got one in for tomorrow" and so that was how I bought the car the very next day. But wait, THERE IS MORE. Two weeks later, while driving my new 2022 KIA Seltos in eastern Oregon on an outing, two deers ran across the road and one of them ran into my new car. That a terrible experience. My car was damaged as well as the poor deer dying in the middle of the road. Not knowing what to do, I immediately called SAM (my salesman) on the phone. He said take pictures, text him them and he would find a body shop appt for me. He took great care of me not just during the buying process but continued to help me while the car was in the Body Shop for months due to delayed parts. KUDOS to Sam Bongiorno, great salesperson at Beaverton KIA.

First service since I bout my new car. Way better service department than most dealerships. Service staff already had my paperwork ready and took my car back at the time I scheduled. I usually dread having to take my car in for routine maintenance any where else as it always seems like a whole day thing. Acura had me out the door and ready to move on with my day.

Just traded in my 2013 for a 2018 with less than 18,000 miles on it. I loved my Optima and wanted another. This one is nice, but missing the heated steering wheel my other EX had. I like the looks of the cabin on my 2013 better than this one, but it’s not bad. It’s a smooth comfortable ride, good on gas and has some nice safety features. Definitely not disappointed.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! This car was purchased 3 years ago and I had to only replace the starter. The steering wheel coupler went bad luckily it was a recall on it so it was covered.

Service has definitely improved since I first bought my new and used car.

This is my 2nd Kia Optima I do not like the windows because all 4 of my windows are working itself down and they're telling me I've got to pay for this it should be a recall by Kia
