This is our 5th business with Halleen Kia and Jim take good care us for the third time. He made sure we will get what we need. He is already part of the family, he always keep checking on us on how we are doing. We are not really looking for a car but due to unfortunate circumstances we lost our vehicle and we need a replacement. Funny part is Jim just greeted me anniversary for taking the vehicle couple years ago. And I mentioned to him what happened and on the spot he took care of what we need.. I cant express enough what a pleasant experience I had getting my new Kia Soul. Duane was exceptional! He walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. Marley Kazeka was really helpful in understanding our extended warranty packages. Originally Jeff had explained them at the time we purchased the car but months later we came back in and Marley did a proper job explaining, an excellent job really. AND she is totally and unbelievably gorgeous and charming, which always helps. Another thing we found was that the service department was especially caring and nurturing, especially Erica Hughes. Really made us feel good about the maintenance we were receiving at Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor. We are really happy with the deal we got from Marty Albee, you never know if the deal you are getting is a good one or a bad one till a year or two later, and this was a really good deal including the extended warranties! The vehicle runs great and no problems at all!

Walid Chaiban was my salesman, and the process was smooth. The test drive, the sit down to discuss pricing, etc. I had a good idea everything I wanted in or on the Sorento. There were more features on this ride than I was initially looking for, but I did like those extras. Walid showed me other similar Sorentos I could test drive another one with lesser options on it like I had originally thought I wanted, but the first one I drove is the one I got. You only live once, so live it up! Thanks to Walid for the easy-going experience!

Sales person Paul was great making sure to get me into the van I purchased I think they gave me a fair trade for my vechicals. On line group was also great the made contact with me which led to my purchase.
