New and used 2025 Kia Sorento LX for sale near Chagrin Falls, OH

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

My husband and I had another fantastic experience at Kia of Streetsboro after buying our Seltos there a few years ago. Jerrid Marhefka, our sales consultant was so great to work with, extremely professional and personable, and helped us through every step of the process. The sales manager, Moe Mustafa, was extremely attentive, checking in with us many times during our visit and ensuring our experience was next-level, and the finance manager, Randy Roberts, took the time to answer all of our questions, and quickly and efficiently got us through all the paperwork for both cars we ended up driving home. Every person we had the pleasure of working with is an absolute credit to this location, and we are happy to recommend them to our friends and family. The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

The service and employees are great. Top notch. Just had a new engine put in in Nov and now they 're telling me the serpentine belt was not new with the engine. Used my old one and now need a new.

I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues

Car was serviced quickly at a very clean facility and staff was polite! I would continue to get my car here and am impressed with Kia?s overall!

My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.
