I had issues with my Kia Sorrento while on vacation. Desiree Rodriguez was outstanding! She was friendly, helpful, informative and efficient and made me feel at ease. Her personality combined with her fantastic customer service skills made my experience extremely pleasant.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Kia was very helpful with all my questions and satisfied my needs everything was handled in a timely manner

Well i been back to the service department 3 times already after I left for a year because the service i was getting it was horrible with lock of knowledge. But after Erick the new manager did listing to our concern and change all the bad employees with superb knowledgeable employees who really cares about our needs and they do listing to our concerns specially i am very please with Maykel Avanecian a new Representative who is super knowledgeable and help you with all your needs and peoplekke him is what Kia downtown Service Department wa missing. So congratulations to Erick again for hiring and excellent employees.

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier.
