We purchased a Niro EV in May and had a really good experience with the Sales Team. Unfortunately there was a problem with the charging and we had to bring it back several days later to get worked on. Jessica was our Sevice Representative and she was very sweet and professional. It took awhile for the problem to be fixed but Lionel (the Service Manager) ensured that we had a loaner for the time that our car was in the shop. The GM, Joe Fernandez, was involved every step of the way. We felt that the Clay Cooley Kia team had our best interests at all times.

I have been researching previously owned automobiles online for two weeks. I saw a 2021 Telluride that was interesting and called Huffines McKinney asking about it availability. I was fortunate to have Michael Lane answer and discuss the Telluride. I drove to McKinney the next day and to my dismay the Sangria color was too dark for my taste. Michael was very gracious when we failed to buy the Telly but then found a silver Santa Fe that we really liked and bought. Robert was nothing short of amazing this week in getting my son's car in same day and having it repaired by the end of day two. Our Kia Soul had slowed in acceleration. We were able to have it towed to Robert at Huffines who kept in touch with me through the troubleshooting and repairs.
