We purchased the 2022 Telluride Prestige Nightfall for our family car. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend this vehicle based on looks, practicality, space, and reliability.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Friendly sales who is willing to listen to my needs and work out a solution with me to get me the car I wanted. Process was very fast as well.

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable. Picks up power on hills and it’s a perfect size for long trips to pack what u need!!

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

While I have always enjoyed the customer service with both my daughter’s and my car, this time was not the best. I told him that my speaker was rattling. He said he would note that. Nothing was said about it after that. When I got my car back, it had not been sprayed off. He said it was because it was raining earlier. Ok I understood that, but when I got there to pick it up, it was sunny again. He offered to have it taken back to have them spray it off. So I was good with that. Once I drove off and turned on the AC, it was making a weird noise. It went away when the air was off. After I got home, I discovered that they had left the engine air filter compartment open. All of the fasteners were open and undone. Once we clipped it back together, the noise went away. This same thing happened to my daughter’s car at one of her appointments last year.

Grinding gear-meshing noise in drivetrain. It started with 2000 miles intermittent, !500 now-steady noise when drive train is engaged. Filed complaint with KIA. At first they insinuated I was hearing things. They now acknowledge it but don't know what it is. Frustrated as xxxx. Another appt. on 10-31. My dealer is not great. Ready to take the hit and go back to VW Atlas.

Amazing, professional service throughout the sales process and I hate the car buying process. My first scheduled service appt experience was fantastic as well.
