New and used 2025 Kia Telluride S for sale near Katy, TX

Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I am very impressed with Mark's customer service skills, which is why I have decided to no longer take my three cars that I purchased from Parkway Kia to them anymore. I purchased all three of them in one month for my children in 2020. The lack of customer appreciation shown to me has been disappointing. Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Since my first experiance with them 7 years ago, I feel confident that every time I show up for any kind of problem they will treat me like family and make my problem resolve in a professional manner and time. I purchased my Telluride at Becken Masten. They are the only ones who have serviced my car as in oil changes etc. always easy to make and appointments, very friendly workers and services always done in a timely manner.

Margo is my customer service person and she has always been so kind and willing to serve. I was placed in an uncomfortable position this last visit. It was an extra additional service in which I had clearly declined each of the 5 times it was offered. As soon as she realized the mistake, she owned up to it and covered me on it. I did appreciate her desire to make good on the mistake, and her willingness to clear me in it.
