My name is Roseana Iosia I had a engine issue maybe 3 weeks have passed. I was driving with dad and kids on that Saturday afternoon. The engine light came on stoped at husband workplace to have it tow to my dealership JDbyriders on springdale. Then decided to have it brought to Crain Kia at Fayetteville for diagnosed on a engine recall. I would say Jacob was the guy that I had information about what the update on my Kia Sportage. He was very patient in explains my car situation. Along with the help of customer service Kia and Crain Kia Fayetteville. Them reassuring me about a car engine and being accurate about what needs to be done. I rather have services that are honest and will do what needs to make their customers satisfied. I really appreciate their effort and know things will be done accordingly. I would recommend If anyone need a new car or great car service it would be them at Fayetteville. I would give them a 5 star or more If it was rated. But I’m a happy customer and please check them out.

We just had a fantastic car-buying experience at Crain Kia in Fayetteville, AR. We were just browsing around the website when we got a phone call from a fabulous salesperson there, Collin Congre. He helped us think through what we wanted, convinced us a less expensive trim model had everything we were looking for (we were prior owners of the same model), took a small deposit over the phone to hold the last type of that car they had on the lot, and met us the next day at the agreed-upon time with all the paperwork filled out. My husband is disabled, and Collin helped him up the stairs into the showroom and brought the rollator in himself instead of waiting for me to do it. Collin had also checked two different finance institutions for us to find the best deal. At the end, when helping my husband into the car himself and handing us the keys, he told us not to bother going to the car rental place to return our replacement car, saying he'd take care of it for us. And later that afternoon we got a call from a person I know at the car rental place, confirming they had received it and had closed out our ticket. I have never had such tremendous help anywhere from any sales person. Collin is definitely worth asking for, and Crain Kia did very, very well for us. Very happy!

I’ve had my 2020 Telluride for almost a year now. Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. I Have been doing business with Chevy of Fayetteville for years, and not once did I ever have a bad experience. They are like family, I have the same service Mgr. David, And the same sales man Denver for several years. I will not ever go anywhere else.

I love this car. It looks great. All the tech and safety features are through the roof cool. So far it has been super reliable. This is my first car that is not American made and I love it.

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

Love this car EXCEPT. The battery was already replaced after one year. Battery died during a span of 3 days not driving during Thanksgiving. Just sitting in garage. Happened several times after that Initial time after it sat for only a day or two. Dealership replaced battery. Didn’t find anything wrong. And here we are again another Thanksgiving break. Last drove on Tuesday. And here it is Saturday and battery dead. Something draws from the battery when the vehicle is off. Temperature during this was 60 degrees.

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

I wrote a negative review a few days ago. Must say, the dealership made up for a simple mistake the service department made. Went off on salesman, Nigel Treat. Did not deserve the negative statements. Nigel will go beyond expectations to make sure all is good. I apologize and appreciate ya'll putting up with a grumpy old man.

Drives great. Looks awesome. Is roomy and practical because of hatchback design & back seats that fold down.I get lots of compliments and I’ve had people mistake it for a Porsche Panamera, a Jaguar.

Traded in my 2012 KIA Optima EXGDI for KIA K5 GT- Line. Was unhappy Optima was discontinued but very impressed with its replacement. Love my KIA. Reliable, excellent safety features and as always looks sharp.

I totaled my chevy Equinox. I bought my 2019 Kia Sorento. It's great. Great on gas I have 3 rolls of seats. Now I can have 7 people in my SUV. I'm extremely happy 😊 with this vehicle. I also own a 2017 Kia Optima. My son has a 2017 Kia Forte. He loves his car. We are a Kia family now. Best choice I made.

The Crain Kia in Bentonville has a Great staff with Sales and Service. While I was waiting on my oil change I was greeted from the Sales team and offered to upgrade my vehicle with their new selection of vehicles. I will consider them in the future. ag

I love the sporty look. Every time that I look at it I can't believe it's mines. I wish it had automatic start and the trunk lift with the remote but I know I can't have everything. I love the drive modes the lane assist, cruise control, camera, sound of the music, the color, etc. Just overwhelmed and always looking forward to driving it again.

The EX is loaded with great useful options that are found in mote expensive cars. All wheel drive give it stability in all weather conditions. My average fuel economy is 27 MPG around town.

I found the “perfect” car online with the Cars.com app, and less than a week, did my diligence and loan app approval through Michael Hale of Superior. This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..

I'd recommend Kia for sure, but probably not this first year K5 model. To start, the passenger seat back cover came off the first week I purchased it (brand new, 150 miles) and it's been 2 years and still no part through my dealership! Second, the "safety" feature where the car automatically slams on the breaks if it senses there's a car nearby is terrible!! My family and I park in a long drive way and I have to pass cars while backing out. EVERY DAY, while going 1 to 4 mph backing up, the car slams on the break and scares me to death! And same if it senses a car coming down my street, and I'm clearly not going to pull in front of it, the car will jolt and make the most god awful sound. And don't get me started on Apple Car Play. I've asked my dealership why my radio has a mind of it's own (sometimes it won't connect to Apple Car Play but my wifi and Bluetooth are connected, and, sometimes while playing Apple Car Play it will just auto-switch to Radio! It's nuts). But it's my 3rd Kia, my least favorite of the three (two new Optimas before that) BUT still an overall good car! I didn't splurge for all the fancy stuff my last two cars had (seat & steering wheel heater) to keep it at my target price. But some days I wish I would have.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I bought my 2022 Stinger GT1 in August of 2021. I currently have 6k miles on it. Since driving it off of the sales lot it has had creaks, pops and rattles in the cabin. There is a very annoying creak and pop sound coming from the overhead grab handles. Also a rattle coming from the truck area. I’ve had it at the dealership but nothing has been fixed. It would be a great car if not for these problems. It’s comfortable, a great performer and very good looking car! If these annoyances can’t be sorted out, I’ll be reluctantly selling the car.

I have a 2019 AWD Stinger GT2 Federation Edition. Yeah… it is pumpkin orange. NOT my favorite color for blending in. However, all the Carbon Fiber trim adds just the right touch to pull it off. I was test driving MANY cars in its price range and NOTHING had the “WOW” factor like this car. In sport mode it is, quite frankly, a BEAST! I had another driver messing with me on a highway in Tennessee… each time I sped up, he sped up. Each time I slowed down, he slowed down. At one point he went to cut me off for the second time and I floored it. I went from 80MPH to 118MPH in about 2 seconds. Had a blizzard here in NY and I made it home without issues with the AWD. Hands down, this is the nicest car I have ever had!
