New and used 2025 Land Rover Defender SUVs for sale near Long Beach, CA

This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

Very detailed and good customer service. Gave details throughout the service appointment. I was able to have them schedule me an Uber from and back to their facility.

My wife and I, just have the opportunity to deal with the dealership. Jaguar Land Rover at Lakeland Fl. We want to share the experience because after many years negotiating with dealers, this experience was the BEST, from the moment we contacted the sales person CHANCE RUSSEL, negotiated the vehicle with the sales Manager, BRYAN MILLER closing the deal with the finance Department, everything was very FEAR, CLEAR and PROFESSIONAL ....
