I quickly found a very nice 1930 Model A coupe on the Web site for GR auto gallery at the Indianapolis location, the pictures were very good and the video was outstanding. I'm from Oklahoma City and could not drive there just to look at the car, I spoke with Jack Smalley quite a bit about the details of the car and I was convinced the car was exactly what I wanted and again great pictures and video. Jack also arranged the details for shipping the car to my driveway in an enclosed trailer in a very short time. Absolutely no regrets on the purchase of the car. Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Great Experience with Mark and Lana. As always when buying cars I go into the process skeptical but was very surprised that in this case that wasn't necessary. Fair deal on the car. Process was quick and efficient. The most important thing to me is that even thought the car report didn't show damage they had been informed by the auction that there had been a body repair. If was an extra step that they didn't need to expose to me that they did. Very happy with that professionalism .
