The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

This is a very safe vehicle and will not tip over can't say that all SUV's vehicles. Gets good gas mileage ,water can't get inside up to 26 inch's ,the traction goes were needed I love that.

He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. Vince Was Able To Make Sure The Issues And service I Needed Taken Care Of Were Complete Although I Will Be Needing To Take My 750Li Back In Due To Not Being Able To Open My Front Drivers Door Without First Unlocking It With The Key Fob And Also The Light For The Door Handle Is No Longer Working.

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

Had a major problem with the remote key which was quickly handled as well as an inspection and recalls we were not aware of. We live over an hour and a half away so the loaner car was great.

Took my Land Rover LR four and four engine check light was only found out it wasn’t nothing they get the check light out in the process when they finish they ended up doing a courtesy wash which I asked not to. When I came out and looked at my truck it had some marks on the two side black panels and they had Tarnish my front grill and the two side vents all four of my door covers. Went back inside and tolded the service person who was Scott Batwinas. And he went and got the service Manager. Between the two of them they was very polite and apologetic towards me and they fix the problem they did a really good job replacing the items on my truck.
