I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Ed Riddle contacted me immediately and upon visiting the lot to check the vehicle, Ed was very helpful and made the decision to buy from him very easy. No pressure, were treated as if we were buying a Benz and not a Kia. Great experience.

New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
I scheduled my service on line to replace a rear passenger seat latch. I showed up at my schedule time - 7:30 am and was greeted promptly, taken directly to my service advisor - Michael DeLillo.
After being asked if I need a loaner, 5 minutes later I was in my loaner vehicle.
I was notified by Michael that afternoon that a part needed to ordered but that my vehicle would be ready the following day.
As promised, I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I arrived at 5:00, dropped off the loaner and 15 minutes later I was on the road with my repair completed. Fast, courteous, efficient service as usual.

Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed working with Lee and his professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. He did everything to accommodate our situation. We also had a positive with the girls at the "Loner Car Desk". We have not had much success dealing with the "Millennial" these last few years from not being able to understand them because they talk so fast or their "I don't care" attitudes. Those we have had the pleasure of dealing with in your organization have been exceptional.
As always the service I receive from the moment I drive onto the lot, up to the service entrance and drive off the property heading home I am impressed. Everyone is professional, courteous and I always feel like I am part of something important. A very important part. I get the sense that everyone knows there part in the organization and loves what they are doing. I am extremely satisfied with the care my Land Rover receives and have full confidence in the service team.
I just wanted to recommend Michael Stavola when purchasing cars from this dealership. As a younger Range Rover buyer I was unsure of how the experience was going to be, but Michael was extremely friendly, professional and was a key factor in making the decision to purchase the car.
