I purchased the wheel/tire protection for my GLE 350 when I initially purchased my car. With time, a couple of my wheels got a bit scratched. I scheduled the service and was provided with a loaner. The work done was excellent. The wheels look brand new! I?m very happy with the service from Marco (my service advisor). He goes above and beyond providing service. He?s a true professional. He answered all my questions before I dropped off my car and he made sure he communicated with me throughout the process. Marco made sure that the process went smoothly.

Exploring various options, my attention was drawn to the EQE SUV. Despite reservations stemming from my partner's Tesla Model X ownership, Harold patiently addressed our concerns, providing insightful guidance on the vehicle's features and performance. Returning to his desk to discuss the financial aspects, we were pleasantly surprised by the arrival of Marjine.
