Mike did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process via text, which I appreciated. I even received a video of the final inspection, detailing everything that was completed and highlighting other areas of concern. Very good experience leasing a 2024 RR Sport. Our sales person, Steve Goldsmith, was very accommodating and spent significant time showing us their inventory and searching for other options. Christine Sarvaideo, Finance Director, was also very accommodating and explained the many add-on service options and later provided information regarding purchasing a front plate hideaway bracket and customizing calipers.
