From the initial phone conversation with the car salesman (Miguel) to the final document signing of the vehicle with the finance team (William and Keith), the process flowed seamlessly. I spoke with Miguel about purchasing a vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and took the initiative to meet my demands. He went over the quality of the vehicle, the pricing of the vehicle and general questions I had. In addition Miguel went the extra mile from ensuring I was picked up from the airport at no charge, since I flew in from Alabama to purchase the vehicle; to ensuring my vehicle was filled up with a tank of gas for free since I was driving back to Alabama. Our experience was very positive. We went to the Dealership on 3-3-2025, spoke with salesman Brian McFadden. He was very pleasant and professional. We selected a vehicle to test drive, we liked it and made arrangements to purchase it. We liked the no nonsense, hassle free car buying. They gave us exact figures on the total price of the vehicle, we went to the back and obtained a cashiers check for the amount of the car out the door and drove away in our newer car. Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing.
