I had such a good experience with these folks. I had made an appointment to test drive one car and got a call the evening before telling me that the car had been sold - disappointing but not nearly as much had I driven 25 miles to find out. Later that evening Ivo Petrov called me back to tell me about another car that had just come in. We went the next morning for my wife to fall in love with it. Ivo was great and guiding us through the purchase and delivery. He was totally straightforward with us and a delight to work with. The service was good. Everyone was pleasant , however they didn’t update my maps on my navigation system Subsequently I purchased a new XF & my salesperson was very friendly & pleasant throughout the whole process. She was very helpful explaining to me the features of the car. She has even sent me follow up emails asking how things were going & if I had further questions. I would recommend her to anyone.

George, the sales person who managed my new lease, and Steve, in the finance department were exemplary and a credit to White Plains Jaguar/Land Rover. Patient, knowledgable, integrity and kindness are words that come to mind. They worked hard to resolve issues that I was facing, that had caused much stress. They made me feel like a valued customer, and were loyal to my history at White Plains Jaguar.
