My Lexus needed extensive repairs to the axles, struts, sensors, etc., and while it was there I decided to get it tuned up, oil changed, and wheels aligned/rotated. The Service Manager that assisted me was Patricia (Patty) and she was absolutely outstanding -- very customer oriented and excellent communicative skills. She made sure my old 2012 RX350 was going to be safer and more comfortable to drive when the repairs were completed. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Even though my service contract was not with Lexus, she coordinated to ensure every repair that was covered by my extended warranty was appropriately charged -- almost $5,000 in saving to me. Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.

I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.
