I love this car it drives smooth and I love the 3 different drive height levels. I have to admit when I first recived it I was afraid to drive it due to the center knob gear, now I love it and it's so easy. THIS CAR IS SOLID AND FEELS safe I haven't had any problems with it yet.(fingers crossed) The only thing I miss is not having my.sunglass holder for my sunglasses but I figured a spot for them. The sun/moonroof is amazing and it's very roomy in the back seat ..

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

Through the Costco Auto Program I purchased a vehicle through Dick Hannah Fleet. This was the easiest buying experience. I received a call from the dealer, we talked about what I was interested in . We exchanged a few emails, covering cost and financing. They following day I test drove my new vehicle returned to the office, signed required documents in COVID safe environment. Staff explained features of the vehicle that was it. Highly recommend for the best car buying experience.

Got 2 yr lease on Eiger Gray 2020 Velar p340 R-Dynamic S with full black package, including wheels...very pricey vehicle, with $13K+ in options...but i luuuv it...appearance and drive are stunning...that said, the "sport command" driving position is an issue, cannt get driver's seat high enough, but it goes low enough that you can't see over the dash...lol...also the B-pillar is very thick, as is the passenger seat headrest, so making left turn at T intersection is challenging...but i'm at 2 yrs now, and will probably do the lease end purchase option...also had it valued at JLR dealer yesterday and they would their purchase offer was only 63% of MSRP, with 13,500mi...LOL...and they wanted to sell me a 1-yr old Defender for 100% of MSRP...makes no financial cents (sic)...

So far everything is going well . It drives great very smooth ride .so far the gas mileage is on point. All of the features on the interior are well designed.

I purchased my Jaguar XF in 2015, and my vehicle is now 8 years old. Lately I have had some issues with it, and the most expensive problems have been covered with my extended warranty. I am not a charity case and I take pride in taking care of the cars I purchase because I have always worked hard to make my life comfortable. I will be taking my car in on Monday, 20 Nov, 2023 for warranty work and I had asked about a loaner while my car is being fixed. I was told that my car is too old and that they could not let me have a loaner, because they only have loaners for people that own 2016, and newer.,etc. Although I have always used the dealership for repairs and I have never asked for credit, when the work was done the dealership was paid with cash or credit card. I don't understand why I would not be able to get a loaner if work is being done on my vehicle and there is no charity work involved in the fix...I'm not a charity case. It's not like I'm not worthy of riding in another Jaguar, just because what I own is 8 years old now.

So far I am highly impressed with this 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE P525. I have owned 48 different vehicles over the last 37 years with 95% of those being American brands. This is my first European auto. I have heard about the lack of reliability with the Land Rover brand over the years so this kept me from trying one. I have only driven this one for about 5,000 miles so far, but not one single issue. The interior quality (fit, finish, etc) is amazing. The gas mileage is a lot better than I expected from a supercharged V8, most of the other supercharged V8's I have owned had terrible fuel mileage like 15-16 MPG, I typically get 21-23 MPG in this Range Rover Sport. The vehicle ride, handling, and power delivery characteristics are great as well. We are planning some vacation trips soon and will be traveling in the Range Rover due to all of the comfort and luxury features. If this pleasurable ownership experience continues I am thinking about purchasing another Land Rover model for my wife in the very near future.

Anyway, here was my review: I know I start my reviews out about the same every time, but I feel it is important. Anyway, I guess you can consider this another 'mixed' review for my 11/29/2022 service visit. First of all, as always, Kim is a wonderful service advisor. Actually, I request/require her as my service advisor every time. She keeps me up to date on the status of my vehicle, fixes billing issues as needed, and informs me about extra services that are due, but she is not pushy about them. Also, for this particular visit, after some discussion, she was able to apply my special coupon. That is all the good news. Now for other news. For my review prior to this, I complained about the huge price increases and removal of some complimentary services. When I did that, the dealer response referred me to a Service Manager that has not been working there for a year now if not longer!! That makes me wonder if they really read these reviews, or if they are just canned/automatic responses with out of date personnel information.

this car is everything we have been looking for in a new car it was reasonably priced and has all of the bell and whistles you want in a new car.

I brought our 2018 Volvo XC60 in for the 30,000 mile check up. It needed two tires, rear brakes, windshield wipers. From service to talking to salesman to getting a loaner was great service and friendly staff. Overall very satisfied. Only complaint is, the amount of work done should have been broken down for each item. I was just told the total price. I understand Volvo parts are higher than aftermarket but don’t let that get out of hand! Could be a big issue on complaints!!

Owned a pre-owned Discovery for a year and no problems. Its perfect for the suburban environment in which I drive. Its the right balance of utility (plenty of cargo space, off-road capability, 7-seater), power and efficiency (powerful, efficient V6 engine) and design (nice minimalist, clean design). This is my second Land Rover vehicle and the other I still own and is approaching 100k miles.

We love the SUV and have purchased another one. The Vehicle always performed as expected....That is why we are on our third Range Rover HSE.

The guys there were suuuuper nice even though we had a hard time understanding each other (they had quite thick accents) I don’t know if they just bought the place or something but the inside of the building was really run down and sketchy looking. They also didn’t offer financing at all. You have to come with cash or a check from the bank.

I have owned a 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE for about 6 months now, and I have to say that I am personally very happy to drive this vehicle on a daily basis! Let’s start off with the engine. Very powerful and strong V8! The car is very fast and the acceleration is off the roof! This engine is pretty reliable in my opinion, it has not given me any major problems whatsoever. The exterior is pretty stylish and classic, and the interior is super comfortable seats and very luxurious car overall. Heated seats, off road abilities when necessary. Decent space for a trunk. Also the speakers are incredible, and for a 2011 car, it has a respectable amount of great features! Trunk has decent amount of space, nothing crazy. Now, the only down sides about this car, is gas. Yes, seriously this is a powerful V8 engine, so if you do not mind paying just a little extra for gas, then this car is perfect for you! Absolutely no complaints, just amazing experience!

On 15 Nov I made a trip to St. Louis for repair of my RV. When I arrived, I discovered an electrical problem with my trucks electrical system powering my RV. Only in town for a few hours I first tried repairs at a dealership but was told their scheduling couldn't help but directed me to Clement for help. Not only did they find the cause and repair my electrical system in less than 2 hours they marked the fuse box where the problem fuse is located and provided a spare fuse in case of future problems. I highly highly recommend these service specialist.

Loving my Land Rover Discovery Sport! It was important for me to have a car with great safety and convenience features and this car delivers with the parking sensors, back up camera, lane assist and blind spot monitoring. This car drives like a dream and has different driving modes to accommodate all road and off-road conditions. Of course it has other great features like an amazing sound system, beautiful leather seats and easy to use interface and much more! Oh and this car is super sleek and sporty! Definitely recommend this car!

It was my first time buying a car and it didn't take all day.Mr.Peppers is a great and super friendly.I bought a 2021 Mazda cxv.It was cold and raining,He was nice enough to hold the umbrella for me. I was comfortable with him.

The exterior is what attracted me to the vehicle and the interior close the deal. It has a lot of amazing features. The only shortfall is that the glass ceiling is not one that opens as a moonroof normally does, but it's always hot or rainy in Florida so seeing out of the roof is enough for me. I'm really loving how the vehicle grips the road, is fast, stylish, and has some really great tech for those into that sort of thing.

I tried to order a 2023 Trailblazer and was not told GM wasn't taking orders. They found me what I wanted, but it just took a long time. The trailblazer is a sharp turning, sharp looking small SUV. I'd recommend it to anyone!
