Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

The customer service experience I had with the Sales Department was exceptional, and wonderful!! My car salesman, Juan and the Finance Manager, Fernanda were wonderful and went out of their way to make the deal happen for me! I will forever be grateful and thankful for their services and support they provided me during a very difficult time in my life. Long story short, I purchased a Land Rover from another dealer over 3 years ago and the car’s break system completely collapsed on me recently in September 2023; and the car became un-drivable; which also meant the car would be un-sellable unless I got the problem fix which was going to be over $12,000. I definitely was not going to pay that repair cost and my extended warranty expired last December. I went to Land Rover Boston and Juan from the very first day to the end was very helpful, patient, and resourceful. He had patience with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my specific situation. One of the things I appreciated the most is the fact that he wasn’t to eager to sell me a car and make a commission. He didn’t care about his commission and his focus was getting me into a new safe car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg and one that I would love; and oh boy did he deliver on this! This is a rare characteristic to find in a sales person and I am so happy he greeted me when I first went to the dealership. I first talked to Juan in August 2023 and went back in December 2023 to make the purchase because I was on the fence and wasn’t sure if I was going to do a trade yet. Juan got approval and the dealership paid off my loan for my old car!! I was so happy and grateful because I did not want to carry that negative equity to my new car loan because the monthly payments would be sky high. The Finance Manager, Fernanda, worked diligently and got me approved by a bank, a bank I financed from previously, and lowered the MSRP for my new car so that the loan would get approved. She also cut $1,500 from the extended warranty package so that the bank would finance the warranty with the car loan. Somehow, she also managed to get the bank to lower my interest rate between 5-7%!!I have brought cars before from different dealerships but I have never had this kind of excellent customer service before. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I am so happy with my purchase and I am now a customer for life! I will definitely go back when I’m ready for another car! Thank you so much Juan and Fernanda, you guys are my guardian angels sent from above 💕 if you’re on the market for a new vehicle, give them a call, you won’t regret it. Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.

The LR4 may be the coolest vehicle I ever owned. It's a real classic. It offers a royal view over the other cars and feels very luxurious. It's also surprisingly practical. Its boxy shape creates a cavernous cargo area that is perfect for hauling all sorts of stuff. And it handles well on snow and off road. The only downside was my constant fear of an expensive repair. But if you buy one and get repair insurance, you should overcome that. You could call it a poor man's Defender because it matches the new Defender on many specs for a fraction of the price. This is a special rig.

I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

We were looking for a good used car for our 17 y.o. daughter and found one we liked online. We went to the dealership and really enjoyed our buying experience. It was hassle-free, and we didn't feel pressured in any way. The facilities were very nice, everyone was very friendly, and the ladies room was the cleanest public restroom I had ever encountered.
