As this is our third car we have bought from Dave Matushin of West Palm Beach Lexus, we are excited to be the owner of a new 2025 Lexus AWD NX350h -- with a beautiful camel colored leather interior and a gorgeous red exterior. Dave always treats us like family - and gives us plenty of time to make our decisions with only the best professional service. He took time explaining the many new features of the vehicle and paired my iphone to immediately show up on the large vehicle screen with direct access to all (Boy, have the times changed!).Moe also made our purchase quick and seamless. The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Scott was friendly and kind. I truly enjoyed the experience. He made my stressful day calm. I arrived by way of tow truck die to a flat tire. I had a long day already and Scott made sure I was in and out quickly to get back to my day. He is a true gentleman with an excellent measure of customer service.

This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

we recently purchased a vehicle from Pembroke Pines Lexus and had mostly a positive experience. Our salesperson Mike was absolutely -professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever being pushy. His customer service was top-notch and truly made the experience enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with our experience in the finance office. The representative we worked with came across as impatient and rushed, which made that part of the process feels stressful and uncomfortable. We expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy, especially given the otherwise excellent service from Mike and the rest of the dealership staff. Overall, we are happy with our vehicle and very appreciative of Mike’s help
