This dealer continues to amaze me with their world class service. I was stranded on the road with two flat tires when I used my Lexus remote to get a tow. In spite of the fact we arrived 15 minutes before closing, they were able to get my car in and get me a loaner that was necessary to transport a colleague to our business meetings.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

I will caution anyone reading this review on one thing..... The One Hour, One Person, only happens after you've decided on the vehicle. My appt was at 1230 and I left after 3:30. It was a little different because I ordered my car, and my salesperson got caught up with another client who showed up early. ... A whole day earlier!! I worked with 2 other salespersons, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I came in with my own financing, and only had to deal with their sales pitch of items which I was already going to buy (extended warranty, dent protection). This was the best experience I've had with a dealer because I was prepared, and the car I wanted was already allocated to me. Lastly, I want to commend this dealership for not marking the car up with unnecessary fees, or after delivery accessories, like paint protect, tint, car bra's, seat protector, etc! I don't believe I'll be back anytime soon, because, for one it's a Honda, and two, it's a Honda!! If I need another car in the future, I'll definitely go here first. without a doubt best riding and quietest car i ever owned . Six cylinder is very responsive and leather interior is very comfortable. I receive alot of compliments on its sporty looks .

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

Avery was very good he met me when it was convenient for me he also didn't quit looking when I didn't find quite what I wanted he listened and found exactly what it was that I was looking for the financing which was already pre-approved for me was still helpful from their dealership because they got me an even lower interest rate we would definitely go back to the dealership and in the future would buy another one from them

I love this car. I have owned my car for 3 years now and it still performs well. With required maintenance you should have no problems at all.

I had been looking for a Highlander for over a month and saw a nice one at Greenwood. I have talked to a number of sales people and by far Tom was the most down to earth. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

We met Scott Mendelsohn at Stevinson Lexus about 6 years ago and he is the most honest and ethical car sales manager we have ever dealt with and trust him implicitly, so we followed him to Kuni Lexus. The staff we worked with (Scott, Sean, Raymond, and Marty) were all exceptional and extremely patient. Was an incredible experience!

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

Bought at 83k in 2014 and now have 169k. Only things wrong have been an O2 sensor, water pump and a couple of toyota batteries. Still rides like a dream and I can get over 30mpg if I do almost all highway. Hope to drive es' my entire life.

I cannot recommend united motors enough. I bought a used Subaru crosstrek from them, and they gave me the best price I had seen anywhere. What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!

This car is in excellent shape, has low mileage and is great to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to sell it to a family member or friend because i know they'll love this car! It uses regular gasoline and gets 31 MPG on the highway.
