I had a pleasant experience with Grayson Mini Store yesterday. Our Salesman, Cameron Henson was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Very professional, knowledgeable of mini cars and very polite to us. Went the extra step to find information we wanted and was helpful in every way. We learned he had only been with Grayson two weeks. We say keep him....a real asset to your dealership. The world needs more young professionals like him! He also followed up with a call regarding a service call this morning as he said he would. A very nice young man!

King of the SUVs
Though there are several luxury SUVs out there that may be more costly or look better or claim to be better, there is nothing like an LX from Lexus. This is the third version that I've owned and it is by far the best. It is solid, with great acceleration, it is quiet with an extremely smooth ride and is extremely capable off the road. Reliability has always been excellent as I said, and I have had the privilege to own two previous LX 470s before this and had put well over 130,000 miles on each one of those without any significant problems. This vehicle, as well, has been wonderful that way. Additionally, this vehicle has the 19 speaker stereo option and it is the absolutely best stereo system I have ever heard in a vehicle. Overall, there are no SUVs in this category which combine all of these elements plus the rideability of a Lexus. Go ahead and buy a range rover but could luck with the reliability.
I've enjoyed working with Clayton and the other professionals. They have been extremely responsive and courteous in my requests for information in my online search.

This vehicle rides smoothly, performs great and technology is fantastic. The look of this vehicle is smart stylish. The leather interior is soft and durable.
I came in having such a terrible day and they turned it all around! I was treated so well and they were honest about everything. I left with my 2013 Toyota Camry and am so happy with the pricing too. Overall, great service and they even recently followed up with me.

My lx 570 is great !!!! Rides smooth like a LS460 with the ruggedness and off road capability of a 4X4 truck. Well appointed with more features than you will ever need.
Great experience with Brad Davis! My friends told me to go see Brad at BMW, but I didn't want to go to another Machens dealership; and to my surprise, they are not affiliated anymore! I resisted, looking at half a dozen other dealerships before my friend told me again to call Brad. I did this time and to my surprise it was actually an enjoyable car buying experience! I'm a very busy Mom who didn't want to deal with the mess of a dealership; dreaded it actually! Brad brought the car to me, we negotiated over text, made a deal, and I didn't walk into the dealership until I needed to sign (which took 20mins)!!! It was great! Also the level of customer service Brad provided during and has promised after my purchase is great! I really can't imagine dealing with another "car guy" after this! I should have listened to my friends earlier!

This iis my 3rd lx and had 2 lx470 and decided to upgrade to a lx570 best decision I would buy again
Pros all comments I get and everything
Cons premium fuel economy gets 12 city 17 highway could've been a lot better for a 100k car
Land rover same price tag has a diesel and gets 28 highway besides fuel economy and 3rd row trunk space best car highly recommend anyone who wants a true awd experience

These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience purchasing the 2017 C300 Coupe! I am from the Phoenix area and I could not find a dealership that had the car I wanted. I looked online and voila! There it was - at MB of Tucson. My Beautiful, Sophisticated, Sleek White Coupe! I emailed an inquiry and received a response right away from Thomas Cavanagh! After my '93 Toyota Land Cruiser finally pulled its last leg at 672,000 miles, it was time for a new SUV. I was originally considering to purchase the new '13 Land Cruiser, but when I saw its more luxurious sibling the Lexus LX570, it just looked better both inside and out. But underneath all that luxury, it's still that same good old rugged Toyota that I fell in love with 12 years ago.
I also tested other luxury off-road SUVs that I was considering. The new Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged was the best-looking and the most powerful, but feared for its reliability (I had an '08 RR Supercharged that became VERY problematic after 50k miles). The new Infiniti QX56 which I really liked due to the fact that it was based on the Nissan Patrol and not the Armada, but was not crazy about the exterior styling and I've seen a lot of them on the road. And finally, the Mercedes-Benz G550, which is very unique and its long heritage, but the ride was too harsh and I was looking over at $130k with the options that I wanted.
All in all, I just went for the LX570, because it was the most reasonably priced and planning on keeping it until its on its last leg. The main purpose why I purchased it was because I like to take it for some serious off-roading, and this behemoth exceeded my expectations! There's a reason why the owner's manual is as thick as a dictionary, and because there's an overwhelming amount of settings for all different kinds of terrain, and yet it's a very comfortable ride on uneven surfaces. Now it does get horrible fuel economy (15-17 hwy), but then again it's a body-on-frame build and it shouldn't be a problem if you spend $90k on an SUV.
Overall, I'm really happy with the LX570, and knowing that it's a Toyota underneath, I'm really hoping to keep this SUV for at least a decade.
Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. If you want a Luxury SUV this one is it. There are quite a few improvements for 2013. The ride is extremely comfortable and you have torque on demand if you need to merge onto the freeway in a hurry. The height adjustment comes in very handy if you happen to take it off road where it is quite capable as well.
My wife and I bought a 2015 Certified Pre-owned RX 350. The salesperson that served us was Keva Williams. She was extremely helpful in helping us find the best car for our needs and in negotiating the final price. We are very happy with the overall experience in dealing with Keva and the other staff at Lexus of Watertown .
We recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 from Lexus of Lexington. Our salesman Aaron was excellent. This is the second car we have purchased from lexus in the past 3 years, both times working group with Aaron. Super nice facilities and great customer service. Paid a little more for the car then we could have feom other dealers, but the service from Aaron and his team far outweigh the difference in price. Great experience. I would recommend this dealership, and Aaron to anyone.

I went to this dealer looking to check out a specific vehicle (a black Volvo XC90) that I had researched. I needed another family car and this one had 7 seats.
Badir was my salesman and he did not waste my time. He assisted me in doing what I wanted to do to check out the car, rather than what HE wanted to do, like some salesmen have done to me in the past at other locations. I didn't get jerked around which means everything to me. My sister and I traveled for over 4 1/2 hours to purchase the car I saw online. When we arrived and I saw the car, I had no doubts that I wanted it. The car looked exactly how the representatives described, if not better and the car in person looked exactly like the online picture. I have no regrets for purchasing my car with the amazing deal I got. I recommend this dealership to anyone. There was absolutely no pressure! They were prompt in filling out the paperwork and calling the necessary people to get everything in line for me to be happy on this day. Stephen was a great salesperson. We didn't hash out a final deal but the experience was great with no pressure at any time. He was always willing to work for you and was honest about all parts of the deal.
