I am very pleased with my purchase....mainly because I had the pleasure of working with Travis Howard. This is my 3rd Lexus and I think every time I return, the experience gets even better. Travis is an exceptional employee who listens and responds to his clientele. I asked Travis to help expedite the process, as I was coming from work, and didn't need the extras ( like taking the picture with the infamous Red Bow on the vehicle), and he delivered in less than 2 hours!! He is a true gem at Lexus and should be rewarded for his hard work!!! Not only am I a returning customer, I've referred my mom to Travis, and I'm happy to say she's on her 2nd Lexus!!!! He was equally as great, funny, and didn't try to push the addt'l products when I declined them. Jody was an absolute delight to work with! I have been a Lexus customer since 2004 and recently becoming a mommy, I needed to upgrade into an SUV. Jody was very attentive, compassionate, and empathized to my specific needs. She was not your cliche "pushy car salesman (woman) who often doesn't listen or care what you want. Months before, I was distraught when I was told by a cliche car salesman to forget about Lexus and to go look at a Toyota Rav 4. Lexus reached back out to me and I was introduced to Jody, who remedied my situation. She got me into a 2018 NX 300 caviar colored with red leather interior!!! It gave me a sports package feel and made me feel like I was living it up with my toddler in the backseat. We are riding in style! Jody also made sure I had plenty to eat every time I came in; she even got me pizza! I highly recommend Jody if you're looking for a Lexus, laughs, and an unparalleled client service.
Service was scheduled to replace dash due to cracking. I was notified by Butler Lexus in
In Macon, GA when the kit was available for install. Although I had been on a waiting
list for several months I am extremely pleased with the end result. I had a quality
experience from beginning to end. A loaner was available when I arrived for the 930
am appointment. The customer rep was very accurate with the estimated time for
the work. Overall good experience. Kudos to Butler Lexus in Macon, GA.

I have personally owned 11-13 Lexus vehicles since my first LS400 in 1990. We have experienced a number of salespeople over the last 18 years, but none as efficient and personable as Chad Douglas. My 2016 ES 350 just came off of lease and Patrick Moore at Plaza Lexus made the process of turning in my prior Lexus and obtaining a new 2019 ES 350 a seamless and pleasant experience. Brandon did an outstanding job as my salesperson. I couldn't be more satisfied. Since I orderd a custom built 430i, which took 9 weeks from order to delivery, I really appreciated that Brandon stayed in regular touch with me - providing ongoing progress updates. The initial process of "making the deal" was the best ever. he offered me a very fair leasing price, the first time out, without all the haggling and hassle that usually leaves me with my stomach in knots and the feeling I've been duped. Instead I felt valued and like the dealership cared enough about keeping me as a returning customer that they didn't have to try and squeeze every last dime out of me. On the day I took delivery, the lease signing process, with Bob Whay, was quick and painless, and although he provided some options for additional warranty add-ons, it was free of the usual hard-sell approach. I also appreciated meeting the owner, Craig Suntrup. I always feel like the owner's presence provides some comfort to the customer that he cares enough to keep an eye on things, and that he cares enough about his customers to actually want to meet them, not just hide behind some executive's office door. On my previous BMW lease, I used BMW of West St. Louis for all my scheduled service and they were awesome. They even offered the option of picking up my car at my office and providing a loaner. All that extra attention to detail and customer care, made it a no-brainer to use them as my service center, and I plan to do the same with this new lease. I look forward to working with Brandon again, when it's time for my next car, and would recommend him to any of my friends.
