New and used 2025 Lexus NX 350h for sale near Bartlett, IL

Sal was our salesman and I was so happy with him. He was patient and answered all my many questions. We were treated so well throughout the whole process, including the loan application. No stress and the car was prepped so that it looked new. Very happy.

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

We visited later in the day on a Saturday, assuming I'd have to come back another day to really see the car I was hoping to check out, but I quickly connected with Vlad and he was able to answer all of my questions and let me see the car I was looking for right away. The team made the process so smooth I was able to check out the car and complete my purchase before closing time (almost)! Definitely would bring my business here again.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction.
