All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

This has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We had the great privilege to work with Josh, who takes the art of selling to a new level. I live in the Washington DC area and they provided door-to-door home delivery service at no extra charge. My customer experience manager was James Kelly and he was extremely responsive and fair. Most of all this was the easiest car purchase transaction I have ever completed and I have bought many cars over my life. No pressure for add-on items and no dealer mark ups. They drove my new car from their dealership to my home, and two technology proficient professionals showed us every feature of the car - Bluetooth pairing of the mobile phone set up of the garage door opener, explained all the features and settings, set up Apple CarPlay and the Lexus mobile app. And they patiently explained everything to us. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I have a Lexus RX 350 SUV that suffered a dent in its right fender after being parked in a supermarket parking lot. Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.
