We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. I always have a good experience when I get my car service. I only go to Lexus of Sacramento and it has been 7 years now since ive been going there. I like the advisors that assist with your appointments. Daren assisted me and his customer service and attention to detail is great! I never feel pressured to do any extra service or sold on services I don't need. I trust them and feel my car is always in good hands and will be taken care of with no issues. 🙂 In addition, everyone/employees are very friendly and attentive as well.
