It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

My experience was very good from Mr Gary Gueldner. He was very professional and made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction and went the extra mile to making sure all my needs were met. I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

Scheduled maintenance visit (oil change). Though it was only an oil change, Service Consultant Eddie Vargas provided an excellent level of service, providing as much time and attention as I needed, and reviewing the service history of the vehicle to make sure everything was up to date. The waiting room was excellent; clean and comfortable and stocked with refreshments. My Lexus is 20 years old, but I feel like I recieved the same treatment as someone who had brought in a new car.

I worked with Dru and it was awesome. I felt comfortable the whole time and not like I was being upselled for anything. I lease my car and was able to get into a new one day of! The people that work here are really nice and caring, especially Dru and Phil. Thank you!
