I will ONLY use this dealer to buy and to repair. When I recently returned for service, I learned tat the service technician who I had developed a rapport with moved out of state. Of course I was concerned. I should not have worried!!! My new service technician, MJ, picked right up where Josh left off. In fact, after I picked up my car, I text MJ with a concern and within hours, I received a call and a remedy to my advantage. I was sooooo appreciative!

Scot my service manager is the greatest. He knows me well over the near 20 years we?ve had our cars serviced there. I trust with all his recommendations.

He was professional, attentive, and clearly explained the services that would be performed. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. After initially having a frustrating experience with Lexus of Clearwater regarding my out-of-state registration, I want to update my review to reflect the positive outcome after reaching out to the General Manager, Kimberly Couch. Kimberly took the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely worked to make things right. After I provided documentation showing that I had to pay for registration out-of-pocket due to a delay between the dealership and the DMV, they promptly issued me a refund. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown during this resolution process. While there were challenges after the sale, I?m glad to see that the leadership at Lexus of Clearwater values their customers and stands behind their service. Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

Very pleased with Alex the sales person and Alex the manager for helping me with buying my 2025 Lexus. I always purchase Mercedes Benz but they were very helpful in telling me all about the Lexus especially the maintenance and warranty. They even help me find the right color and affordable price. Hats off to both gentleman for being kind and patient with me. Sometimes, I can be very difficult to deal with but they were very convincing. Lexus of Tampa Bay is the best!

This was our first day actually shopping and we had no intention to buy at the first place we stopped. Al Leo listened and knew exactly who we were and what we wanted. The car we left with was just what I was looking for and didn;t know it yet. The dealership is beautiful and as many lovely features. I?m stickling with Lexus of Clearwater!

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
