Had to bring it back a 2nd time to get the same thing fixed. The DEF system on the trucks should be changed to something that works.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Took my 3500 in for inspection, oil change and any recommended service. Staff were professional, polite and efficient. All recommendations for service were not started until I was able to review and authorize them. Very happy with my experience at AutoNation Doge RAM. :-)

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

I recently purchased a car at McDonald Hyundai and worked with Sam Soliman. He was both very professional and friendly. He communicated clearly and was efficient in finding a unique financing option that would meet my needs. Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

I bought this car with a 110000 miles on it. 3 years later, I'm approaching 300000 miles and all I've done is change oil tires and brakes. Great reliable piece of transportation.

I am on my 4th RX350. I love my current 350 but it is 10 years old so I’m looking to replace it. Would not consider another car. It is like new with only 79,500 miles. They are great vehicles.

Bought used Sept 2014 at 20k miles, now close to 10 years on at 140K as of Nov 2023, we have never NEVER EVER had any issues with this vehicle. All we've done were oil/filter changes between 6-10k intervals, tire changes, pads/rotor changes, and that is it. Approaching 120k, we service (belt, spark plugs, gaskets, waterpump, thermostat, ),. I am Truly impressed and amazed with this vehicle.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

After any serving of a vehicle taking it through your car wash before returning to customer. This might encourage more customer loyality. Oil change prices are too expensive. The expertise needed to do that job doesn't equalate to charging that amount.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

The Lexus RX séries is built on a car chassis, so the ride is superior to any other SUV. It’s a great traveling car because of the ride and comfort. There’s no other SUV in this category. Love it

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

Cyia was extremely helpful and pleasant. I ended up buying elsewhere at a dealership that was closer to me. It is not a reflection of anything the dealer did or didn't do. I spoke with Cyia and thanked him. He was very accepting and cordial.

After owning my Lexus ES 350 for over a year and desiring a larger vehicle it was a very easy decision to get a Rx due to the reviews and size. Very happy with my decision.
