We recently began the process of trading in our 2023 Honda Pilot Elite in hopes of finding something newer, more fuel-efficient, and with a lower monthly payment. We decided to start our search at Mercedes-Benz, even though we initially thought ownership was completely out of reach for us. After several test drives and some negotiations, we were thrilled to drive away in a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Mild Hybrid with the AMG Package. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel Echegaray. Gabriel absolutely saved the day! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. 2020 Lexus RX 350 review
I love driving this car. It is so comfortable & smooth, easy to drive, and very dependable. The AWD and safety features were a must for this purchase. I had a 2010 RX for 11 years and hated to part with it. Not fond of the aggressive looking grill but otherwise a gorgeous car. Big fan of Lexus cars and service.

2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.
