I was in at the Germain Lexus dealership one week ago from today. Adam Murphy, car salesman who helped me make my very first Lexus purchase experience a pleasant one. He listened to me on what exactly I was looking for. He definitely made the effort in trying to make sure that I was a happy buyer not just with the vehicle but also with in my price budget. I am so excited with my new vehicle…!! He most certainly knows what he is doing. If I could rate him a 100 stars I would. He should definitely get some reward for being such an awesome car salesman.

My wife and I love our Lexus RX350L! We got the L for extra room in the back for our German Shepherd Kaiser. The car is wonderful to drive!

My appt was at 8am w/ Gabe, and although very busy?he was polite, patient and informative because I had questions lol. Gabe listened and understood my issue and was very transparent in what could and/or couldn?t be done. He set up an Uber to take me to work and my vehicle was ready by lunch time. Happy Customer ?

This car is great. The 2022s have enough technical gadgets, but not too many. I highly recommend it, especially to people who are not technically proficient!

This car meets and exceeds our expectations! When we went looking for a new car, we looked at the luxury version of our existing car. It was fine but, on a lark, we tried the Lexus, which had a higher Consumer Reports score. Sure glad we did. Fell in love with the Lexus and all the luxury features it offers along with the comfort and styling.

We walked into the Toyota Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach and was greeted by our saleswoman Ms. Celia she was very professional and knowledgeable. We could tell that she had great customer service and was very pleasant to work with. She allowed us to test drive the vehicle on two occasions as we did not purchase the same day. The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.
