I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

Car is ok but a very expensive Highlander! The same noisy weak highlander engine drivetrain, brakes. Honestly you’d be getting an almost equally car with the top of the line Toyota platinum Highlander , for less money

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. First Lexus I have owned (RX350L--AWD/Premium). Absolute pleasure to drive, smooth riding, very responsive, very quiet, very comfortable, more than enough quick power. Very pleasing to the eye. Third row seating is for small children or pets only but with those seats down there is very decent cargo space which the non-L version doesn't provide. Once familiar with the Remote Touch Interface it is easy to use and not the frustration many reviews suggest and in fact using it one doesn't have the distraction of reaching over to touch a screen. Super nice vehicle. If a bit bigger might live in it.

Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.
