I currently drive 85 miles each way to get my car serviced with Marysville Toyota. My most recent experience was when I damaged a brand new tire (4500 miles on 70k tires) and 2 other places told me I need a new set. Upon bringing my car to this lot, they told me that based on my tread wear, I was able to only require one. They get me in quick seeing as I only made the appointment 3 days prior and got the work done in short time. They have constantly bent over backwards to accommodate me as I have an ignition interlock and require some different things than most for my servicing. I bought my car there and will continue to get it serviced there as long as I live in Washington, no matter how far I need to travel.

My entire experience at this dealership was extremely positive! The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. The store manager was very much involved in a positive way. I am very comfortable with having purchased a 2020 Tacoma there.

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. First of all I take my vehicles there for all my maintenance, yes even the ones not made by toyota because of the great customer service there. Everyone greets you with a heart warming smile and you are made to feel right at home from the time you enter the parking lot. My favorite employee is Shane Hewitt he is hilarious he has a great sense of humor he is very knowledgeable about the place and I have been by there many times and if he ever has a bad day I sure can’t tell it his bubbly personality lights up my day every time I wish I had even a portion of his sauce.
