Just got our first Lexus, the whole process was very smooth with no price haggle. Robert Pesce was immensely helpful, he understood what we were looking far and we were able to get the right vehicle in a short time despite it being in high demand. I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction.
