Vehicle needed some maintenance issues addressed. Was able to get in to shop the same day I called. Service advisor contacted me to go over the items they found, and let decide whether or not to do them or not. I chose to do all suggested repairs. Got the vehicle back the next day.

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

The dealer did a quick inspection and tire rotation for the 15,000 miles service but did not wash the the car when I picked up the car
